The room is large and recently renovated, featuring both climate control and a full kitchen – perfect for a comfortable stay.

The hotel airport shuttle driver was very personable and helpful

Renting pots and pans is not really that cool. No fridge... Also there was no highchair for my daughter, and no room service.

I wish I could have stayed longer!! The Service was Excellent, the room clean , neat, and the bed was comfrotable!

Had a great one-night stay here. the rooms were super spacious with a kitchen and bedroom combo, which was awesome. Couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Plus, the hotel's location was prime - right in a safe area! 🌟

I was on a very tight budget and had a very early flight. I booked the hotel because it was located near the airport and because it had a free airport shuttle. I called to get picked up and they said they didn't have anyone that could pick me up and that I would have to take a cab. In the end with the price of the cab I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel. In the morning they had a ride for me and the driver was very nice.

Location is a little far from town.

the property met all requests. the employees were helpful and amicable all the time. 3. the hotel's location was particularly good, not far from the Portland airport, a safe area and downtown.

The location was convenient to nearby restaurants, grocery stores and shopping mall or plazas. The kitchenette was excellent for family vacation. The staff was helpful and polite.

The breakfast can be better, see comment under area for improvement.

Shuttle journey from PDX Portland, Oregon airport lasts 12 minutes. Curbside assistant at airport pickup island can make local call to hotel to alert free shuttle. Shuttle is free, available from 6:30am to after midnight. It's low-budget, yet has high transport service. Room was en-suite with bedroom, bathroom & spacious kitchen/living room area & swimming pool. Shop open late across street. Good for families. Much cheaper than other airport hotels.

The room was smelly but everything was clean (open windows!). Some noise from neigbouring rooms, yet bearable. Firm mattress.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful and managed the parking on-site. the location is absolutely perfect and near a safe area, close to two major female Portland's. You won't be let down if you choose to stay in the Portland Airport district.

No temperature control in the bedroom, which was freezing. Heat on in living room / kitchen area, but did not get back to bedroom.

We liked the rooms with a separate bedroom. Everything here was perfect. - the location was decent; for example, Sacajawea Park was within walking distance from the hotel. - the very friendly and kind staff provided all the necessary info.

I enjoyed nice and absolutely perfect location of this property.

Out dated, worn out material on couch, no elevators - had to carry my own luggage up stairs. Often waited while staff did paperwork before addressing my needs at the counter.
